Leistungsbilder sind u.a. nachfolgende ergänzende Besondere und Zusätzliche Leistungen Bestandteil der Vergabe (Auszug): - übergreifende BIM-Gesamtkoordination der Teilprojekte - Zustandsfeststellung und Nachmodellierung des Bestands in BIM - Untersuchungen zur Nachhaltigkeit - Baulogistik, Bauzwischenzustände, Bauablauf- und Terminplanung der Ausführung - Erweiterte Aufbereitung der Mengen- und Kostenermittlung - Vorläufige nachprüfbare sowie vorgezogene, prüfbare und für die Ausführung geeignete statische Berechnungen von maßgebenden Bauteilen zur Absicherung des Planungsstandes Für die Planungsleistungen ist die BIM-Methode in allen Leistungsphasen anzuwenden.
