Köhlbrand Crossing - Framework Agreement for Land Anomaly Clearance

This tender concerns a framework agreement for the clearance of land anomalies in the Köhlbrand Crossing area, situated entirely within the Port of Hamburg. The operational zones are actively utilized by local port companies and existing infrastructure. Key areas to the west of the Köhlbrand are significantly used by the Waltershof Main Customs Office, Hansaport, and Anhalt Logistics GmbH & Co. KG. The port facilities include the railway lines of the port railway, quay facilities such as Hachmannkai and Neuhöfer Kai, the Travehafen, access routes for port operators including EMR, and the Dradenau polder facility. The project spans from the Waltershof interchange on the A7 in the west to the Roßdamm south of the Ellerholz locks in the east, encompassing areas like Rugenberger Hafen, Köhlbrand, Roßkanal, southern Roßhafen, Travehafen, and the Neuhof interchange. Due to its extensive size, the investigation area has been divided into five construction sections, which will be made accessible sequentially. Precise details regarding the size of individual construction sections are not yet available at the current planning stage. The ordnance clearance activities will be conducted in accordance with Section 8 of the Hamburg Ordinance on Unexploded Ordnance (KampfmittelVO Hamburg).
