Original language: GermanAusgeschrieben wird eine betriebliche Krankenversicherung für die Beschäftigten der Stadtverwaltung Frankfurt (Oder) in Form eines Kollektivvertrages für die Mindestlaufzeit von drei Jahren. Die Beschäftigten, die diese Leistung in Anspruch nehmen möchten, haben die Möglichkeit, das alternative Entgeltanreiz-Systems des § 18a TVöD-VKA in Form eines freiwilligen, steuerfreien Sachbezugs in Höhe von aktuell maximal 50,00 EUR/Monat gemäß § 8 Abs. 2 Satz 11 EstG in eine betriebliche Krankenversicherung einzuzahlen. Eine Finanzierung für alle Beschäftigten durch den Arbeitgeber ist ausgeschlossen. Die Versicherten können ohne Gesundheitsprüfung und mit der Möglichkeit privater Fortführung nach dem Ausscheiden aus dem Arbeitsverhältnis der Versicherung beitreten. Der Vertrag sollte ab 10 Beschäftigten geschlossen werden können. Des Weiteren sollen Familienangehörige als Selbstzahler mitversichert werden können. Ein Zugang zur BKV ist auch für künftige Beschäftigte der Stadtverwaltung Frankfurt (Oder) zu gewährleisten. Bei der Vergabe sind die in der Anlage beigefügten Leistungskriterien (Anlage 1) als Mindestanforderungen zu nehmen. Gefordert wird ein Versicherungsschutz mit einem Gesundheitsbudget von mindestens 600 EUR für Leistungen: - für zahnärztliche Behandlungen einschl. Zahnersatz und Zahnprophylaxe - Sehhilfen - osteopathischen Behandlungen - Gesundheitskurse und Präventionsmaßnahmen. Das Ziel ist es auch, ein umfassendes Vorsorge- und Gesundheitsprogramm für die Mitarbeitenden zu bieten. Weitere Angaben - siehe Leistungsbeschreibung einschließlich Anlage 1_Leistungskriterien_18a.
