The subject of the order must be produced according to the requirements specified in the Military Technical and Technological Documentation (WDTT): WDTT 634A/MON, WDTT 814/MON and WDTT 635 (Annex A). 3. The subject of the order will be subject to quality supervision carried out by the Supervision Department in accordance with AQAP 2110 edition D version 1. The quality management system must comply with PN-EN ISO 9001:2015. 4. The contractor will be obliged to submit the following specific evidence with the offer: - Certificate of conformity of factory designs with the current WDTT and the pattern for serial production issued by the Commander of WOBWSM in Łódź for tanker crew overalls - WDTT 634A/MON with an issue date after 08.01.2025; - Certificate of product conformity issued by the certification body (WOBWSM) for: tanker crew overalls - WDTT 634A/MON tanker crew overalls are subject to the III conformity assessment procedure for products intended for state defense purposes; - Certificate of product conformity issued by the certification body (WOBWSM) for: special aramid fabric, article UCS-1/1 fabric used for the production of tanker crew overalls is subject to the III conformity assessment procedure for products intended for state defense purposes. The above-mentioned specific evidence will not be subject to supplementation. In the case of contractors jointly applying for the order, at least one of them will be obliged to submit the specific evidence along with the offer.
