Original language: noNav tiltak Oslo skal anskaffe arbeidsmarkedstiltaket Kompetanseformidling og nettverksbygging for personer som har høy kompetanse, og behov for en mer omfattende oppfølgingsbistand enn den Arbeids- og velferdsetaten kan tilby.
Kompetanseformidling og nettverksbygging er et gruppebasert oppfølgingstiltak som skal gi arbeidssøkere med høy kompetanse bistand til å komme i arbeid gjennom aktiv nettverksbygging og markedsføring av kompetanse overfor aktuelle arbeidsgivere. Deltakerne skal få individuelt tilpasset oppfølging og veiledning i jobbsøking, karrierevalg og omstilling. Tiltaket skal organiseres som en bedrift og skal gi deltakerne relevant erfaring med arbeidsformer som de kan møte i en reell arbeidssituasjon. En sentral virksomhet i tiltaket vil være markeds- og nettverksarbeid rettet mot aktuelle arbeidsgivere og stillinger.
Oppfølging skal gi bistand med sikte på at tiltaksdeltakere skal få og/eller beholde arbeid. Målet er at tiltaksdeltaker i størst mulig grad skal bli selvforsørget gjennom varig tilknytning til arbeidslivet.

Kontrakten skal reguleres av vedlagte kontraktsvilkår med bilag, jf. konkurransegrunnlaget Del II og Del III.
