Competence Center according to § 16 SGB II in conjunction with § 45 SGB III

Neue Wege Kreis Bergstraße - Municipal Job Center -, an authorized municipal carrier according to the Social Code Book II (SGB II), plans to award a contract for a Competence Center for the activation, stabilization, and integration of employable benefit recipients into the training and labor market at the locations Viernheim (Lot 1) and Odenwald (Lot 2). The Competence Center represents a flexible, modular support offer that addresses the different needs and starting situations of the participants. The aim is to provide individual support to both individuals who are far from the labor market with multiple integration barriers and individuals who are closer to the labor market with short-term integration potential. The Competence Center pursues a holistic approach that considers personal, social, and health aspects in addition to labor market-related competencies. The central objectives of the measure are: • Activation and stabilization of participants • Assessment and further development of professional competencies • Elimination or reduction of integration barriers • Preparation for the training and labor market • Integration into insured employment • Integration into training, qualification, or further measures Particular emphasis is placed on strengthening participants' personal responsibility, motivation, and self-efficacy.
