Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: „Kompleksowa dostawa energii elektrycznej i świadczenie usług dystrybucji energii elektrycznej dla obiektów Gminy Poddębice” wraz ze świadczeniem odbioru i rozliczania energii elektrycznej wprowadzonej do sieci z mikroinstalacji. W ramach realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia Wykonawca zobowiązany będzie do sprzedaży (dostawy) energii elektrycznej do punktów poboru energii elektrycznej (PPE) wymienionych w tabeli, stanowiącej załącznik do Opisu przedmiotu zamówienia, zgodnie z przepisami ustawy z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997 r. Prawo energetyczne, aktami wykonawczymi do tej ustawy oraz instrukcjami operatorów systemu elektroenergetycznego. Szacowane zużycie energii elektrycznej dla potrzeb obiektów Gminy Poddębice w okresie 24 miesięcy wg. grup taryfowych wynosi: - taryfa B21: 70 000 kW; - taryfa C11: 241 880 kW; - taryfa C12b: strefa I – 746 800 kW, strefa II – 320 000 kW; - taryfa G11: 5 000 kW; - taryfa C21: 250 000 kW. Szacunkowe zapotrzebowanie energii elektrycznej dla obiektów objętych przedmiotem zamówienia w okresie od 01.01.2027r. do 31.12 2028r. wynosi: 1 633 780 kWh, natomiast szacunkowa ilość energii wyprodukowanej z mikroinstalacji wprowadzonej do sieci to około 20 MWh.
