Przedmiotem zamówienia jest kompleksowa dostawa gazu ziemnego wysokometanowego (grupa E) na rok 2027 dla punktu/punków poboru gazu (PPG) w podziale na części zamówienia: 1.1. 1. część, która dotyczy kompleksowej dostawy paliwa gazowego dla podmiotów częściowo uprawnionych do zakupu paliwa wg taryfy sprzedaży zatwierdzonej i częściowo rozlicznych w cen rynku konkurencyjnych. Roczna ilość paliwa gazowego rozlicznego wg cen taryfowych wynosi: 33 101 158 kWh (zamówienie podstawowe), wg cen rynku konkurencyjnego wynosi: 599 792 kWh (zamówienie podstawowe) . Pełna informacja o przedmiocie zamówienia zawarta jest w załączniku nr 1A do SWZ – opis przedmiotu zamówienia. Zamawiający złożył oświadczenie ODBIORCY PALIW GAZOWYCH o przeznaczeniu paliwa gazowego, o którym mowa w art. 62ba ust. 2 ustawy z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997 r. – Prawo energetyczne – stanowiących załącznik nr 9 do SWZ. Na tej podstawie PPG objęte przedmiotowymi oświadczeniami będą rozliczane wg cen wynikających z obowiązującej taryfy sprzedaży zatwierdzonej przez Prezesa URE.
