Original language: PolishPrzedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa i przesył (dystrybucja) energii elektrycznej do budynku InLife IRZiBŻ PAN przy ul. Trylińskiego 18 w Olsztynie. Dostawa energii elektrycznej musi odbywać się zgodnie z przepisami ustawy z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997 r. Prawo Energetyczne ( t.j. Dz. U. 2026. Poz. 43) oraz aktów wykonawczych do ustawy. Zamawiający nie dopuścił w niniejszym postępowaniu składania ofert częściowych ze względu na jednolity przedmiot zamówienia. Każdy Wykonawca może złożyć jedną ofertę.
