The detailed description and scope of the subject of the order are specified in the annexes to the SWZ, i.e., the Description of the Subject of the Order and the SWZ, i.e., Essential Contract Provisions. The detailed description and method of order execution are specified in: Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order (Opz), Annex No. 2 to the SWZ – Draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be incorporated into the content of this contract. The contract will be executed over a period of 12 months, counting from the date of commencement of gas sales under this order, i.e., from 01.01.2027.
