1) Przedmiotem zamówienia jest kompleksowa dostawa, obejmująca sprzedaż i świadczenie usług dystrybucji gazu ziemnego wysokometanowego o symbolu E do obiektów Zamawiającego, zgodnie z przepisami ustawy z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997 r. – Prawo energetyczne (t.j. w Dz.U. z 2026 r., poz. 43) realizowana dla Zakładu Usług Komunalnych w Piechowicach, w tym dla odbiorców chronionych.
