1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest kompleksowa organizacja 2 (dwóch) stoisk wystawienniczych, Województwa Śląskiego oraz Miasta Katowice, na Międzynarodowych Targach Nieruchomości i Inwestycji MIPIM (16-19 marca 2027 r.) 2. Przedmiot zamówienia podzielony został na następujące zadania: 2.1. Zadanie 1 – projekt i wykonanie 2 stoisk wystawienniczych wraz z montażem i demontażem oraz obsługą techniczną, 2.2. Zadanie 2 – obsługa gastronomiczna i usługa cateringowa na stoisku nr 1 (tylko dla Województwa Śląskiego), 2.3. Zadanie 3 – obsługa gastronomiczna i usługa cateringowa na stoisku nr 2 (tylko dla Miasta Katowice), 2.4. Zadanie 4 – usługa transportu lokalnego (tylko dla Miasta Katowice), 2.5. Zadanie 5 – organizacja wyjazdu delegacji osób z województwa śląskiego (tylko dla Województwa Śląskiego). 3. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia (w skrócie: OPZ) stanowi Załącznik nr 3 do SWZ / Załącznik nr 1 do projektowanych postanowień umowy. 4. Projektowane postanowienia umowy w sprawie powyższego zamówienia publicznego, które zostaną wprowadzone do treści umowy znajdują się w: 4.1 Załączniku nr 2A do SWZ – Województwo Śląskie; 4.2 Załączniku nr 2B do SWZ – Miasto Katowice. 5. Stoisko musi mieć m. in. Podłogę podestową (wysokość min. 3 cm, max. 4 cm). Krawędzie na całej długości stoisk ścięte, tym samym umożliwiające łatwy dostęp osobom z niepełnosprawnościami. Na podłodze odpowiednie jej okrycie, tj. np. wykładzina dywanowa wysokiej jakości bądź panele w macie lub połysku, antypoślizgowe. Krawędzie wykładziny / paneli powinny być zabezpieczone listwą. Podłoga identyczna dla obu stoisk. 6.
