Przedmiotem zamówienia jest kompleksowa organizacja jednodniowego spotkania – wydarzenia biznesowo-kulturalnego, w formule stacjonarnej, realizowanego na potrzeby Programu „Zielony Biznes i Innowacje” w ramach Norweskiego Mechanizmu Finansowego 2021–2028 (NMF). Wydarzenie skierowane będzie do przedsiębiorców z sektora MŚP, potencjalnych beneficjentów NMF, a także interesariuszy zewnętrznych, m.in. instytucji publicznych, stowarzyszeń przedsiębiorców, mediów oraz gości z Państwa-Darczyńcy (Norwegii). Tematyka Wydarzenia będzie nawiązywała do Programu „Zielony Biznes i Innowacje” oraz tematów skupionych wokół środowiska, ekologii, zielonych inwestycji, odnawialnych źródeł energii, zmniejszenia śladu węglowego, zmniejszenia ilości odpadów, recyklingu, produktów przyjaznych środowisku oraz zazieleniania przedsiębiorstw i procesów. Wydarzenie będzie składało się z części oficjalnej, wystąpienia keynote speakera oraz 4-5 sesji tematycznych. W ramach Wydarzenia zorganizowany zostanie także pokaz kulinarny w formacie „live cooking”, podczas którego szef kuchni, w obecności uczestników wydarzenia, przygotowuje potrawy inspirowane kuchnią norweską/skandynawską. Planowany termin organizacji Wydarzenia: listopad 2026 r. Dokładna data zostanie ustalona po zawarciu umowy, podczas spotkania organizacyjnego. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ.
