The subject of the order is comprehensive hotel and catering services for the training workshops of the Leaders Academy of the Forum of Trade Unions. The service includes:  provision of accommodation with breakfast,  catering (coffee breaks, lunches, dinners),  rental of training rooms that can be combined into one room for a joint networking session and training in front of the camera, or the facility will have rooms of different sizes and make both available. The service will take place in four locations:  in Gdańsk,  Katowice,  Wrocław,  Warsaw, with two sessions taking place in Warsaw at different times. The workshops are conducted in the form of five three-day sessions; on the third day of each session, a joint training in front of the camera and a joint networking session of all groups of a given session will take place. Dates: Gdańsk 28-30.10.2026; Katowice 04-06.11.2026; Wrocław 12-14.11.2026; Warsaw - first session - 16-18.11.2026; Warsaw - second session - 19-21.11.2026. Each workshop will be attended by 45 people (42 participants and 3 trainers). A detailed description is provided in Annex No. 1 to this announcement - Annex No. 1 Description of the subject of the order. Supplementary orders: The Ordering Party may place supplementary orders if the number of project participants increases, but not by more than 30%. Conditions for amending the contract: Conditions for amending the contract. Amendments to the contract may be made in the event of circumstances that could not have been foreseen at the time of concluding the contract, force majeure, or the actions of third parties, in particular: 1) changes in legal regulations relevant to the execution of the contract; 2) additional or replacement orders necessary for the proper execution of the order, the execution of which has become necessary due to a situation that could not have been foreseen earlier; 3) circumstances independent of the Beneficiary/Ordering Party have arisen, impossible to foresee at the stage of announcing the inquiry or signing the contract, including, but not limited to, situations related to the pandemic; 4) changes in the scope of the project; 5) changes in the service delivery deadline for reasons beyond the Ordering Party's control (e.g., introduction of restrictions due to the pandemic, etc.); Permissible changes - without the need for a written amendment to the contract: The Ordering Party foresees the following changes to the contract, which do not constitute a material change and do not require an annex beyond the following: • change of the session date to other days within the project implementation period, no later than November 30, 2026, and no more than 21 days from the indicative date, of which the Ordering Party notifies the Contractor at least 14 days in advance; • change in the number of participants within +/- 20%, notified 7 days before the session; • cancellation of a single session for objective reasons, with prior notice; no remuneration is due for an unfulfilled session; • change of room to an equivalent room within the facility.
