3.1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: Kompleksowe sprzątanie budynku Zespołu Szkolno-Przedszkolnego nr 25 we Wrocławiu. 3.2. Wspólny Słownik Zamówień : 90919300-5. 3.3. Przedmiot zamówienia nie został podzielony na części. Zamawiający nie dopuszcza składania ofert częściowych. 3.4. Zamawiający nie dopuszcza składania ofert wariantowych oraz w postaci katalogów elektronicznych. 3.5. Zamawiający wymaga, by osoba (osoby) dokonująca czynności w siedzibie Zamawiającego w celu realizacji zadania (osoby wykonujące usługę sprzątania obiektu ) były zatrudnione wyłącznie na podstawie umowy o pracę w rozumieniu przepisów ustawy z dnia 26 czerwca 1974 r. – Kodeks pracy, o ile nie są wykonywane przez dane osoby osobiście w ramach prowadzonej przez nie działalności gospodarczej na podstawie wpisu do CEIDG - min. 10 pełnych etat. Zatrudnienie na podstawie umowy o pracę wyżej wymienionych osób powinno trwać nieprzerwanie przez cały okres trwania umowy. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest do przedłożenia Zamawiającemu w terminie określonym zapisami umowy i aktualizowania na bieżąco, tj. za każdym razem, gdy dojdzie do zmiany personalnej, oświadczenia, o którym mowa w umowie. 3.6. Zamawiający wymaga, aby Wykonawca odbył wizję lokalną zgodnie z art. 131 ust. 2 pkt 1 ustawy Pzp. Brak dokonania wizji lokalnej skutkować będzie odrzuceniem oferty. Terminy wizji: 15.06.2026 r. w godz. 7:30-15:00 16.06.2026 r. w godz. 7:30-15:00 Szczegóły wizji lokalnej należy uzgodnić telefonicznie z Panią Dagmara Babczyńską lub Arturem Marciniakiem.
