Original language: Polish1.Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi polegające na przygotowaniu całodziennego wyżywienia dla pacjentów poza siedzibą Zamawiającego, zgodnie z wymogami i standardami obowiązującymi w zakładach opieki zdrowotnej, z uwzględnieniem diet indywidualnych i specjalnych oraz ich dystrybucja do łóżka chorego w oddziałach Szpitala Zamawiającego. Usługa będzie realizowana 7 dni w tygodniu, łącznie z dniami wolnymi i świętami. 2.Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia obejmuje załącznik nr 2 do SWZ. Opis ten należy odczytywać wraz z ewentualnymi zmianami treści specyfikacji, będącymi np. wynikiem udzielonych odpowiedzi na zapytania Wykonawców. Podana w załączniku nr 2 do SWZ przewidywana miesięczna ilość osobodni jest wartością szacunkową i służy do obliczenia ceny usługi do oferty (tj. ustalenia maksymalnego wynagrodzenia Wykonawcy). Dowóz do szpitala Wykonawca winien wkalkulować w koszt przygotowania posiłków. Cena osobodnia winna być ujednolicona we wszystkich dietach obowiązujących u Zamawiającego.
