"Comprehensive renovation and construction of an extension to Student Dormitory 4, SNP Avenue 53, Banská Bystrica"

1. The construction is divided into the following construction objects and operational units: Construction objects: SO - 01 “A” Student Dormitory 4 The object will be realized in two stages SO-01.1 “A” Student Dormitory 4 - 1st stage eastern wing with extension SO-01.2 “A” Student Dormitory 4 - 2nd stage western wing SO – 02 “B” Administration building for special facilities SO – 03 Landscaping of the southern part of the student dormitory Operational units: PS-01 Elevator PS-02 Inclined stair platform PS-03 Food serving The subject of construction modifications on the existing floors, 1st basement floor - cellar up to the 5th floor is the realization of new surface treatments in all areas of the building and main construction works resulting from changes in the purpose of existing rooms, as well as complete modifications of sanitary facilities: The project addresses: • installation of new plastic windows with insulating triple glazing with corresponding internal and external window sills, • new aluminum, plastic exterior doors, insulated, glazing with insulating triple glazing, plastic or aluminum frame • installation of new interior doors, wooden, solid, glazed, into new steel frames, doors will be designed with thresholds, • in all rooms, repair damaged, weathered parts of ceiling and wall plasters, new coatings and paints, • in sanitary facilities, new ceramic wall tiles are proposed, • in the corridors on both sides, there will be plastic cladding, so-called plastic panels, • in some rooms, according to the legend, a plasterboard suspended ceiling will be constructed on a suspended steel structure, • in sanitary facilities, it is necessary to install plasterboard false walls on a steel structure, • brick up openings, new partitions will be made of aerated concrete blocks, • install new railings on the stairs inside the building, • build a ramp for the immobile on the ground floor in the entrance hall, • in the basement, on the external walls, apply a remedial plaster to remove moisture in these areas, • around the entire building, construct a new drainage path with a completely new structure, • modification of external side stairs – replacement of the tread layer, new railings, The building SO-01 includes an extension above the 5th floor and the addition of two passenger elevators on the north side of the building. Further addressed parts of the building: High-voltage distribution The lighting and socket distribution is addressed, new distribution boards with equipment. There is a new lightning protection system on the roof. Central heating Addresses the replacement of horizontal and vertical pipes, as well as heating bodies and thermostatic valves. VZ ventilation The project addresses the ventilation of sanitary facilities. ZT sanitary engineering The project addresses new water and sewage distribution, new sanitary fixtures, ventilation heads. ES low-voltage distribution Detailed design documentation is processed separately along with the bill of quantities. 2. Technical and quality requirements 2.1 The tenderer shall carry out the work in accordance with valid STN, ON, standards valid for individual works and constructions, and EN. 2.2. The contracting authority requires compliance with § 12 of Act of the National Council of the Slovak Republic No. 254/1998 Coll. on Public Works. 2.3. The tenderer must manage the construction through a site manager in accordance with § 44 of the Building Act. 2.4. The tenderer is responsible for ensuring fire protection on the construction site in accordance with applicable legal regulations. 2.5. The tenderer is responsible for ensuring health and safety requirements on the construction site in accordance with applicable legal regulations. 2.6. The tenderer is obliged to handle waste generated on the construction site in accordance with applicable legal regulations and to submit waste disposal documents to the contracting authority.
