Comprehensive technical support for the maintenance of Global 5000 II aircraft.

The subject of the order is comprehensive technical support for the maintenance of 2 Global 5000 aircraft, serial numbers 9513 and 9633, in the scope of: 1) Provision of scheduled maintenance works as specified in the aircraft manufacturer's Maintenance Planning Document (MPD, ref. GL 5000 GVFD MPD) and the Global 5000 aircraft maintenance program (ref. LUMO-CAMO-AMP BD700). This also includes: - Ensuring the performance of service instructions such as mandatory and recommended service bulletins, service letters, and ensuring the performance of relevant airworthiness directives within the specified intervals. - Ensuring modifications and necessary upgrades in accordance with operational requirements and in accordance with maintaining airworthiness. 2) Provision of unscheduled line maintenance works (troubleshooting and defect rectification) in accordance with approved procedures and technical documents of the aircraft, engine, auxiliary power unit, and other equipment manufacturers (aircraft maintenance manuals, engine manuals, auxiliary power unit manuals, structural repair manuals, component maintenance manuals, etc.). 3) Provision of unforeseen repairs that are outside the scope of approved procedures of the aircraft, engine, auxiliary power unit, and other Global 5000 aircraft equipment manufacturers, in cooperation with manufacturers and approved organizations for these types of activities. This also includes: - Provision of highly specialized technical and engineering activities in accordance with the needs of aircraft technical operation, such as boroscopic inspections of power units, prescribed non-destructive testing, analysis of engine oils, hydraulic fluids, engine condition trend monitoring (ECTM) services, in accordance with approved procedures and organizations authorized for these activities. 4) Supply of spare parts and materials, as specified in the Spare Parts Manual and additional spare parts catalogs for Bombardier Global 5000 GVFD aircraft, serial numbers 9513 and 9633, ref. GL 5000 GVFD AIPC and SAIPC MSN 9513 and 9633, for the performance of service tasks in accordance with the aircraft maintenance plan MPD (Maintenance Planning Document, ref. GL 5000 GVFD MPD) as well as for troubleshooting, defects, repairs, and modifications. 5) Supply of technical equipment for line maintenance at the Bratislava line maintenance station in accordance with the contracting authority's requirements and within the manufacturer's recommendations stated in the Bombardier aircraft tool and equipment manual (ref. GL 5000 GVFD ITEM – Illustrated Tool and Equipment Manual) and the maintenance facilities manual (ref. BD-700 MFM – Maintenance Facilities Manual). 6) Supply of necessary inventory items of aircraft components, materials, and consumables for timely performance of service interventions for line maintenance and to ensure smooth flight operations of Global 5000 aircraft, as specified in the Spare Parts Manual and additional spare parts catalogs for Bombardier Global 5000 GVFD aircraft, serial numbers 9513 and 9633, ref. GL 5000 GVFD AIPC and SAIPC MSN 9513 and 9633). 7) Organization of logistics, including customs declaration services and other services related to planned and unplanned service works and interventions for personnel, supply of spare parts, equipment, and materials, as well as for the repair of Global 5000 aircraft components by approved organizations.
