Complex reconstruction of the ceiling of the new check-in hall of Prague Main Railway Station, 1st stage – Wilsonova street modifications-drainage, renewal of waterproofing of the NOH ceiling, new crossing

The subject of the work is the construction of the "Complex reconstruction of the ceiling of the new check-in hall of Prague Main Railway Station", 1st stage – Wilsonova street modifications-drainage, renewal of waterproofing of the New Check-in Hall ceiling, new crossing. The subject of the work includes the complete replacement of the waterproofing and drainage system of the ceiling structure above the reinforced concrete part of the New Check-in Hall at Prague Main Railway Station. The subject of the work also includes local repairs of the hall's ceiling structure. Furthermore, the subject of the work includes modifications to the building structures and distribution systems in commercial units and communication corridors located under the ceiling slab, on which part of the parking lot and the main road are located. The subject of the work also includes the creation of a new layout and traffic arrangement for the main road and bus stops in front of the Fantova building and in the adjacent area. Furthermore, it includes the change of surfaces in the adjacent areas of the Fantova building. The scope of the Work "Complex reconstruction of the ceiling of the new check-in hall of Prague Main Railway Station", 1st stage – Wilsonova street modifications-drainage, renewal of waterproofing of the NOH ceiling, new crossing is: • construction of the building according to the tender documentation, • preparation of the construction implementation documentation, • preparation of the as-built documentation, including the geodetic part and documents for commissioning (description of deviations and documentation for the construction permit with marked deviations, see Art. 4.5.2 ZTP).
