1.1. Pirkimo objektas – komunalinių atliekų, išskyrus pakuočių atliekas, surinkimas iš atliekų turėtojų Kaišiadorių rajono savivaldybės teritorijoje (toliau – Savivaldybė) ir transportavimas į perkrovimo vietas, apdorojimo įrenginius (toliau – Paslauga). 1.2. Paslauga apima komunalinių atliekų, išskyrus pakuočių atliekas, surinkimą iš atliekų turėtojų surinkimo priemonėmis (konteineriais) ir apvažiavimo būdu bei jų transportavimą į apdorojimo įrenginius ar kitas tvarkymo vietas: 1.2.1. mišrių komunalinių atliekų (iš visų atliekų turėtojų); 1.2.2. biologinių atliekų (iš fizinių asmenų ir iš bendro naudojimo vietų); 1.2.3. biologiškai skaidžių (žaliųjų) atliekų (iš bendro naudojimo vietų); 1.2.4. tekstilės atliekų (iš bendro naudojimo vietų ir apvažiavimo būdu); 1.2.5. didelių gabaritų (buities) atliekų (iš fizinių asmenų apvažiavimo būdu); 1.2.6. statybos ir griovimo atliekų (iš fizinių asmenų apvažiavimo būdu); 1.2.7. pavojingų (buities) atliekų (iš fizinių asmenų) apvažiavimo būdu ir atskiromis specialiomis surinkimo priemonėmis (1000 vnt.). Surinkimas atskiromis priemonėmis bus vykdomas tik tuomet kai bus įsigytos reikiamos priemonės); 1.2.8. elektros ir elektroninės įrangos (buities) atliekų (iš fizinių asmenų apvažiavimo būdu); 1.2.9. naudotų padangų atliekų (iš fizinių asmenų apvažiavimo būdu); 1.2.10. užtikrinti atliekų turėtojų, netinkamų naudoti komunalinių atliekų surinkimo priemonių keitimą ir remontą. Paslaugų teikimo metu sugadintą konteinerį, nuosavybės teise priklausantį Administratoriui, pakeisti tokių pačių parametrų konteineriu. 1.2.11. bendro naudojimo (kolektyvinių) konteinerių ir konteinerių aikštelių švaros palaikymą po konteinerių tuštinimo; 1.2.12. bendrojo naudojimo konteinerių plovimą ir dezinfekavimą, naudojant biocidus atitinkančių Lietuvos Respublikos teisės aktais nustatytus reikalavimus; 1.2.13. konteinerių ir jų aptarnavimo elektroninės identifikavimo sistemos įdiegimą, priežiūrą, atnaujinimą;
