Cesta se v prvi fazi uredi v gramozirani obliki (vozna površina - tamponsko nasutje). V cesti se izvede meteorni kanal. Pripravijo se cestni požiralniki s peskolovom, ki so locirani v predvideni asfaltni muldi, ki bodo priključeni na predviden kanal. VODOVODNO OMREŽJE V sklopu ureditve in obnove javne poti JP 892924 "Odcep Cafuta" z ureditvijo novega priključka se izgradi tudi del javnega vodovodnega omrežja PEHD d90 in d63 z odcepi hišnih priključkov za predvidene nove objekte ob poti.
