Naručitelj je registriran za obavljanje djelatnosti sakupljanja otpada te za održavanje javnih površina. Zbog bolje organizacije rada i efikasnijeg obavljanja poslova čišćenja javnih površina te odvoza i sakupljanja otpada, Naručitelj provodi otvoreni postupak javne nabave radi sklapanja ugovora s jednim gospodarskim subjektom. Uslugu je potrebno izvršavati uz angažman minimalno 10 radnika. Radnici će obavljati poslove odvoza i sakupljanja otpada i čišćenja javnih površina . Naručitelj će utvrđivati dinamiku i opseg poslova ovisno o ukazanim potrebama na terenu. Navedeni procesi se ciklički povećavaju ovisno o godišnjem dobu, organiziranim manifestacijama i povećanom opsegu poslova. Predmet nabave detaljno je opisan u TEHNIČKIM SPECIFIKACIJAMA PREDMETA NABAVE - PRILOG 1. i TROŠKOVNIKU - PRILOG 2. koji su sastavni dio ove Dokumentacije.
