Original language: slPredmet javnega razpisa je podelitev koncesije za opravljanje javne službe zavetišča za zapuščene živali na območju občine Pivka, na podlagi Odloka o podelitvi koncesije za opravljanje javne službe zavetišča za zapuščene živali na območju Občine Pivka (Uradni list RS, št. 102/25).Dejavnost, ki je predmet javne službe, v skladu z zakonom, ki ureja zaščito živali, obsega: – sprejem prijav o zapuščenih živalih, – zagotavljanje potrebne veterinarske pomoči zapuščenim živalim, –zagotavljanje ulova, prevoza, namestitve in oskrbe zapuščenih živali v zavetišču, – skrb za iskanje skrbnikov teh živali oziroma prodajo ali oddajo živali novim lastnikom, – zagotavljanje označevanja in registracije zapuščenih živali v skladu s predpisi, – druge naloge, določene z veljavnimi predpisi, ki urejajo to področje.
