Styrt boring, pilotrørsboring og strømperenovering inngår ikke i rammeavtalen.Formålet med rammeavtalen er å dekke behovet for renovering av vannledning , der utblokking kan benyttes som metode, samt renovering av kummer og retilknytning av private stikkledninger.
