Tender for the service of describing X-ray, CT and mammography examinations in a teleradiology system

Provision of services for the description of X-ray, CT and mammography examinations based on teleradiology, carried out in the Diagnostic Imaging Departments of the Municipal Hospital of St. John Paul II in Elbląg, including descriptions for the purpose of fulfilling contracts with the National Health Fund. Downloading e-referrals from the P1 system with data substitution in the result header, sending e-results in accordance with HL7CDA standards, the possibility of automatically informing the hospital about the patient's risk status in the examination, constant 24-hour teleradiology duty performed by a specialist radiologist, transmitting settlement reports and invoices through the teleradiology system to authorized employees, in accordance with GDPR, without the involvement of electronic mail, integration with the system owned by the hospital, meeting the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Health of April 11, 2019 on organizational standards of healthcare in the field of radiology and diagnostic imaging performed via IT systems, helpdesk - full communication with the teleradiology service provider using the teleradiology system, the possibility of consulting the methodology of performing the examination with a specialist in radiology and diagnostic imaging around the clock, consultations of difficult clinical cases by the referring physician with a specialist in radiology and diagnostic imaging, a quality control questionnaire required by the regulation built into the teleradiology system.
