This schedule requires approval from the Head Nurse of the Palliative Care Department and the Director of Nursing and Patient Care. Remuneration for the performed services will be settled monthly, payable within 21 days of receiving a correctly issued invoice. The invoice must include the legal basis for tax exemption and all elements required by Polish tax regulations. A maximum of six individuals can provide these services. Each tenderer is permitted to submit only one offer in response to this competition.
