Maintenance of green areas, cleanliness and order in the Municipality of Miasto Oleśnica in 2025

I. Maintenance and upkeep of green areas 1. Mowing of lawns with an area of 113,984 m2 - 8 times, with an area of 76,270 m2 - 7 times, with an area of 252,968.7 m2 - 6 times, with an area of 21,258 m2 - 4 times, with an area of 25,149 m2 - 2 times. 2. Trimming around trees, flowerbeds and municipal equipment should be done each time so as not to cause damage, removal of basal shoots from trees, clearing grass areas along curbs with a length of 5,217 m. II. Care and protection of trees, shrubs and flowerbeds 1. Shaping and maintenance pruning of tree crowns with a circumference up to 80cm - 500 pcs. and over 80cm - 100 pcs. 2. Tree felling 100 pcs. 3. Stump grinding 20 tree stumps. 4. Watering 450 trees. 5. Removal of shrubs with a total area of up to 25 m2. 6. Weeding and watering of deciduous and coniferous flowerbeds - 5,628.5 m2; 7. Weeding, pruning, watering, fertilizing and mulching of rose beds - 3,850 m2. 8. Weeding, watering of perennial and grass beds - 1,925 m2 and periwinkle beds - 350 m2. 9. Shaping and weeding of hedges - 9,373 m2. III. Plantings with Contractor's material 1. Creation of flowerbeds by excavating, filling the pit with fertile soil, bordering with lawn edging, lining the surface with agrotextile, planting and covering with bark or gravel, and then watering, fertilizing and weeding: 1) an area of approximately 30 m2 using 200 seedlings of perennials and ornamental grasses. 2) an area of approximately 30 m2 using 200 seedlings of heather plants; 3) an area of approximately 30 m2 using 200 seedlings of honey-producing perennials; 4) 500 pcs. fern seedlings; 5) 250 pcs. rose bush seedlings. 2. Planting seedlings in pots and flower boxes in the quantity of: 5,750 pcs. pansies, 5,000 pcs. begonias, 200 pcs. heather, 200 pcs. cannas, 5,000 pcs. crocuses, 3,500 pcs. pelargoniums, 60 pcs. ipomea, 120 pcs. surfinias and 8 pcs. standard roses, 164 pcs. grasses and ornamental plants, including watering and weeding. Horticultural hydrogel, peat substrate, fertilizer should be used in the substrate. 3. Purchase of nursery material and all gardening materials is at the Contractor's expense. IV. Plantings with the Ordering Party's material Planting of 80 pcs. trees aged min. 5 years and 500 pcs. shrubs by filling the excavated pits with a mixture of fertile soil, planting trees, watering and staking. The Contractor provides gardening materials. V. Mosquito and tick control 1. Mosquito and tick control action on green areas of 20 ha along pedestrian paths within 10 m on both sides of the path edge. 2. The preparation used must have appropriate permits. VI. Cleaning 1. Cleaning works are carried out from Monday to Saturday each week, and areas of 147,680 m2 also on public holidays. Areas designated for mowing 8 and 6 times should be cleaned daily, and the rest once a week. 2. Ongoing cleaning involves manual removal of litter and dirt, sweeping, removal of weeds and encroaching grass from paths. 3. The Contractor is obliged to remove uprooted trees, branches and other debris after storms. Up to 15 uprooted trees should be removed within one year. 4. Emptying bins: 400 pcs. twice a week, 168 pcs. 4 times a week. 5. Washing benches and bins, 100 pcs. each. 6. Removal of dead animals from the city area. 7. Elimination of illegal dumps - 150 linear meters of waste. 8. Two-time maintenance of a firebreak 500 m long and 10 m wide. 9. In spring and autumn, raking and removal of leaves - 1,480 linear meters. 10. Maintaining cleanliness in the market area at ul. Wrocławska with an area of 1,651 m2 through daily cleaning and emptying of bins. 11. Maintaining order during winter action by clearing snow and eliminating slipperiness on paths and sidewalks with an area of 59,245 m2. The Contractor provides anti-icing agents. 12. The costs of solid waste disposal after all works are completed are covered by the Contractor.
