Folketinget, KL og Danske Regioner ønsker at udvikle og gennemføre en landsdækkende kampagne, der skal bidrage til en mere respektfuld politisk debat og forebygge chikane mod folkevalgte politikere. Kampagnen skal øge befolkningens forståelse af de demokratiske konsekvenser af chikane mod politikere og samtidig motivere flere borgere til aktivt at reagere, når de møder chikane eller en hadsk tone i den politiske debat. Den valgte leverandør skal udvikle kampagnestrategi, kreativt koncept, budskaber, visuel identitet, medieplan og kampagnematerialer samt stå for produktion, medieindrykning og gennemførelse af kampagnen. Kampagnen skal bygge på eksisterende forskning og målgruppeindsigter og udvikles i tæt samarbejde med Folketinget, KL og Danske Regioner.
