Przedmiotem zamówienia jest kontrola wnoszenia opłat w Strefie Płatnego Parkowania (dalej: SPP) w Bytomiu wraz z utrzymaniem obsługi biura SPP na zasadach ujętych w: - Uchwale Nr LXIII/940/23 Rady Miejskiej w Bytomiu z dnia 30 stycznia 2023 r. w sprawie ustalenia Strefy Płatnego Parkowania i wysokości stawek opłaty za postój pojazdów samochodowych na drogach publicznych w Strefie Płatnego Parkowania oraz określenia sposobu pobierania opłat, - Uchwale Nr LXXVII/987/23 Rady Miejskiej w Bytomiu z dnia 24 kwietnia 2023r. zmieniającej w/w Uchwałę (zwane dalej: Uchwałą), stanowiącymi Załącznik nr 1.2 do SWZ (oraz przyszłymi, ewentualnymi jej zmianami), 2.
