Original language: GermanDie Arbeit im Allgemeinen Sozialen Dienst (ASD) stellt hohe fachliche, rechtliche und persönliche Anforderungen an die Mitarbeitenden. Gleichzeitig ist festzustellen, dass zunehmend Fachkräfte als Neu- oder Quereinsteiger in den ASD wechseln. Diese bringen wertvolle Kompetenzen mit, benötigen jedoch eine strukturierte, praxisnahe und systematische Qualifizierung, um den spezifischen Anforderungen des Arbeitsfeldes gerecht zu werden. Vor diesem Hintergrund soll ein fachlich qualifizierter Auftragnehmer mit der Konzeption, Durchführung sowie Vor- und Nachbereitung einer mehrteiligen Fortbildungsreihe beauftragt werden. Ziel ist es, die fachliche Handlungssicherheit der Teilnehmenden nachhaltig zu stärken, eine qualitätsgesicherte Einarbeitung zu unterstützen und die langfristige Bindung von Fachkräften zu fördern.
