Description

Vypracování návrhu komplexních pozemkových úprav (KoPÚ) v k. ú. Jedousov a v navazujících částech k. ú. Choltice, Mokošín, Poběžovice u Přelouče, Štěpánov u Přelouče a Tupesy u Přelouče, včetně nezbytných zeměměřických činností ve třídě přesnosti určené pro obnovu katastrálního operátu a vyhotovení dokumentace pro zavedení výsledků KoPÚ do katastru nemovitostí a vytyčení hranic nových pozemků. Návrh bude sloužit jako podklad pro rozhodnutí pobočky o schválení návrhu komplexních pozemkových úprav a rozhodnutí o výměně nebo přechodu vlastnických práv, určení výše úhrady a lhůty podle § 10 odst. 2 zákona č. 139/2002 Sb., popřípadě o zřízení nebo zrušení věcného břemene k dotčeným pozemkům. Předpokládaná výměra řešeného území je cca 271 ha (včetně rezervy 2 ha).
