Complex Land Readjustment (KoPÚ) Design for Liběšovice Cadastral Area

The subject of this public contract is the processing of a proposal for complex land readjustment (hereinafter referred to as "KoPÚ") in the cadastral area of Liběšovice, including the necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class determined for the renewal of the real estate cadastre by Decree No. 357/2013 Coll., on the real estate cadastre (cadastral decree), as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "cadastral decree"). The KoPÚ proposal will be processed so that it can be entered into the real estate cadastre. The work will serve as a basis for the land office's decision on the approval of the land readjustment proposal and the decision on the exchange or transfer of ownership rights. The KoPÚ proposal will be prepared according to a more detailed breakdown that precisely corresponds to the requirements specified in Decree No. 13/2014 Coll., on the procedure for carrying out land readjustments and the requirements of the land readjustment proposal, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "Decree No. 13/2014 Coll."). The entire cadastral area of the municipality of Liběšovice will be included in the scope of the complex land readjustment, excluding the built-up area of the municipality, excluding the built-up area called Čárka, and excluding the forest stands V křovinách and Liběšovický les. The estimated area to be covered in the cadastral area (hereinafter referred to as "k. ú.") of Liběšovice is 535 ha.
