Denna leverantör ska också med mycket stor kostnadseffektivitet producera enklare och återkommande underlag. Stor vikt läggs vid digital produktion där arbetet omfattar både statiskt och rörligt underlag. Ramavtalsleverantören kommer att ha funktionen som produktionsbyrå vilket innebär att jobba nära Energimyndighetens andra upphandlade leverantörer inom kommunikationstjänster samt med interna resurser. Beställarna består av medarbetare på kommunikationssekretariatet men ofta i nära samarbete med kollegor inom övriga verksamheten. Uppdrag kommer omfatta tjänster inom kreativ kommunikation och innehållsproduktion. Uppdraget kan vara en del av, eller en helhet, och definieras av att producera, utveckla, genomföra och följa upp en kommunikationsaktivitet mot uppsatta kunskaps-, attityd- och/eller beteendemål och/eller briefer.
