Creative and Production Services

The TSL (Thüringer Lotterie GmbH) is issuing a Europe-wide tender for creative and production services related to the state lotteries it operates. Furthermore, the agency must be capable of implementing and conceptually advancing TSL's marketing efforts across all media channels, precisely targeting specific audience segments.

The agency is expected to provide a full spectrum of brand management services, both technically and professionally. It must also possess the personnel resources to deliver high-quality work even for large order volumes within short timeframes. Significant importance is placed on high levels of local and temporal flexibility.
