Original language: GermanDer Kreisausschuss des Kreises Groß-Gerau sucht einen zuverlässigen Leasingpartner, der im Rahmen des Dienstrad-Leasings (gem. TV-Fahrradleasing vom 25. Oktober 2020) die administrative Abwicklung des Leasings und die Bereitstellung von Versicherungs-, sowie auf Wunsch auch Service- und Wartungspakete in digitaler Abwicklung für die gesamte Vertragslaufzeit übernimmt. Der Kreis Groß-Gerau schließt einen Leasingrahmenvertrag mit dem Auftragnehmer, in welchem die Rahmenbedingungen für alle künftigen Einzelleasingverträge festgelegt werden. Zudem schließt der Kreises Groß-Gerau für jedes von einem*einer Beschäftigten bestellte Fahrrad einen Einzelleasingvertrag mit dem Leasinggeber sowie einen Überlassungsvertrag mit dem*der jeweiligen Beschäftigten, in welchem dessen*deren Rechte und Pflichten in Bezug auf das Fahrrad und insbesondere das Leasing geregelt werden
