The contract includes, among other things, the following work for contract phases 1-6:

- Preparation of implementation models and other measurement data required for the contract
- Performance of implementation and detailed measurements and quality control tests for the contract
- Preparation of implementation and detailed drawings for the contract
- Maintenance work during the warranty period
- Construction of traffic arrangements during the work, including all work and material procurements, in accordance with the contractor's plan and the requirements of section 4.3.3 Traffic in the contract program
- Protective pipe reservations according to the contract boundary appendix (2 x 110 mm)
- Procurement of a project bank for the contract's information management. The project bank must be accessible via a web browser, so users do not need special software on their computers. The project bank must allow saving in normal file formats (e.g., dwg, pdf, plt files). The project bank must be updated so that real-time information is always available. The contractor must provide the project bank to the client's representatives and be responsible for the project bank's setup costs.
- Procurement of a project bank for the contract's information management. The project bank must be accessible via a web browser, so users do not need special software on their computers. The project bank must allow saving in normal file formats (e.g., dwg, pdf, plt files).
- Other work mentioned in the commercial and technical documents, providing user accounts and passwords for the project bank. The contractor will not be paid separately for the use of the project bank; it is part of the service process interaction between the client and the contractor.

Contract phases 4-6 are options (options 7-12 to be priced in the tender form). The client will decide on the use of each option separately by November 30th each year. The option phases of the contract are binding on the tenderer for the entire duration of the contract.

For contract phases 4-6, the contract includes the implementation of construction in accordance with the requirements of the contract documents, ensuring that its technical functionality also meets the requirements set for it in the contract documents. The contract includes the procurement, installation, dismantling, and removal of construction equipment required for the contract, as well as the payment of all associated operating and other costs.

For contract phases 4-6, the contract includes the following work:

- Construction of stormwater systems in accordance with the construction plan, including all work and material procurements
- Construction of water supply in accordance with the separate construction plan description, including all work, procurements, and arrangements

- Other work mentioned in section 1.4 Scope of the contract of the contract agreement
- Other work mentioned in the tender request documents.

The project bank must be updated so that real-time information is always available. The contractor must provide the project bank to the client's representatives and be responsible for the project bank's setup costs. The contractor will provide the necessary user accounts and passwords for the project bank to the client's representatives. The contractor will not be paid separately for the use of the project bank; it is part of the service process interaction between the client and the contractor.

In addition, the contract includes detailed and implementation measurements, surveys, planning, implementation, and dismantling/restoration of traffic arrangements during the work, as well as necessary demolition work and waste management.

The contract also includes information, reporting, and warranty work, as well as coordination obligations as the main contractor, in accordance with the tender request documents. The contract includes work to the extent defined in the documents attached to the request for proposals, including all traffic arrangements, equipment, and devices.

The contractor must perform all work and related procurements necessary to complete the work performance according to the documents, and which are not explicitly stated in the documents as not being the contractor's responsibility.

The form of quality assurance for the contract is quality responsibility construction, i.e., LVR.
