Original language: noHalden Kommune ønsker å rehabilitere kunstgressbaner på en miljøvennlig måte uten negativ påvirkning av natur- og vannmiljø i nærområdet. Rehabiliterte kunstgressbaner skal etableres med kunstgressystem som tilfredsstiller testing etter NS-EN 15330-1 eller tilsvarende standard. Dokumentasjon fra tredjepartstest skal vedlegges tilbudet. Test iht. FIFA Quality Programme for Football Turf aksepteres som alternativ dokumentasjon. Ballbingen skal utskiftes i sin helhet.
