Purchase of 1 ICP-MS device with accessories and 1 Microwave digestion device under a purchase agreement. ICP-MS device with accessories: The ICP-MS system shall have a compact, benchtop design, providing easy access to the entire sample introduction system. The proposed system shall include all equipment and accessories necessary for installation and startup. The autosampler shall have at least 180 positions. Warranty min. 12 months. The further quality and functional requirements of the devices to be purchased under the purchase agreement are detailed in the technical description, which forms part of the procurement documentation. Pursuant to Section 46 (3) of Government Decree 321/2015 (X. 30), if the documentation (public procurement technical description) refers to a specific standard, technical approval, technical specifications, technical recommendation, or a product, origin or type of item, procedure, activity, person, patent, or trademark, the designation shall only be for the purpose of clearly defining the subject matter, and the phrase "or equivalent" shall be understood to accompany the designation, according to which the Contracting Authority is obliged to accept an equivalent or better solution than that specified in the documentation. The Tenderer - if they intend to offer an equivalent device, solution, etc. instead of the technical content referred to - is obliged to submit the document(s) supporting the equivalence in their technical offer. The Contracting Authority draws the attention of the Tenderers that the document supporting the equivalence may include, but is not limited to, technical documentation from the manufacturer or a qualification from an independent, professionally recognized organization.
