Tuomi Logistiikka Oy kilpailuttaa kuulovammaisten hälytysjärjestelmät sekä niiden asennus-, huolto- ja korjauspalvelun Sisä-Suomen yhteistyöalueen hyvinvointialueiden; Etelä-Pohjanmaan-, Kanta-Hämeen ja Pirkanmaan hyvinvointialueille. Hankinta kilpailutetaan siten, että hälytysjärjestelmät kilpailutetaan jokaiselle kolmelle edellä mainitulle hyvinvointialueelle ja hälytysjärjestelmien asennus-, huolto- ja korjauspalvelu kilpailutetaan lisäksi sekä Etelä-Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialueelle että Pirkanmaan hyvinvointialueelle lukuun ottamatta Kanta-Hämeen hyvinvointialuetta.
