Denna regionnätstation kommer att vara navet i en större infrastruktur inom Ellevios regionnät men även möjliggöra effektuttag lokalt i Kvarnsveden. Stationens placering ligger idag och även efter projektets genomförande inom Stora Ensos tidigare verksamhetsområde för Kvarnsvedens Pappersbruk. Denna station blir samlokaliserad med Borlänge Energis och EcoDC:s ägda 130 kV-fack där Ellevio skall vara huvudman för stationen. Övergripande omfattningen för arbetena i denna entreprenad: -Byggnation av tre (3) stycken samlingsskenor 145kV inkl. kontrollutrustning och markarbeten -Åtta (8) stycken 145kV transformatorfack med enkelbrytare mot respektive samlingsskenor, Exkl kontrollutrustning och kabelavslut.
