Je zorgt ervoor dat: inwoners zorgvuldig, rechtmatig en doelmatig worden geholpen; collega?s met zekerheid en vakmanschap kunnen werken; werkprocessen logisch, uitvoerbaar en actueel zijn; signalen uit de praktijk worden vertaald naar verbeteringen in beleid ?n uitvoering. Je werkt nauw samen met klantmanagers, gedragswetenschappers, beleidsmedewerkers, de co?rdinator, manager, contractmanagement en administratie. Werkzaamheden.1. Kwaliteit borgen in de uitvoering Jeugd en Wmo Je toetst besluiten op rechtmatigheid (klopt het juridisch?) en doelmatigheid (is het effici?nt en passend?). Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit, analyseert patronen en adviseert over verbeteringen. Je signaleert knelpunten in werkbaarheid, beleid of kennis en pakt dit proactief op. 2. Coachen, adviseren en ondersteunen van collega?s Je coacht klantmanagers in vakmanschap, besluitvorming en procesvolgorde. Je ondersteunt (junior) kwaliteitsmedewerkers in hun ontwikkeling. Je organiseert samen met de gedragswetenschapper casu?stiekbesprekingen. 3. Werkprocessen ontwikkelen en onderhouden Je beschrijft, toetst en actualiseert werkprocessen, formats en werkinstructies. Je zorgt voor toegankelijk en begrijpelijk documentbeheer. Je bewaakt de integraliteit tussen loket, uitvoering, administratie, beleid, contractmanagement en control.
4. Aanspreekpunt voor beleid & brug tussen beleid en uitvoering Je vertaalt nieuwe wet- en regelgeving naar concrete uitvoeringsprocessen. Je toetst beleidsvoorstellen op uitvoerbaarheid. Je verzamelt signalen uit de uitvoering en koppelt deze terug aan beleid. 5. Juridische ondersteuning: bezwaar, beroep en mediation Je beoordeelt binnengekomen bezwaren op inhoud en rechtmatigheid. Je voert ? waar passend ? mediationgesprekken met inwoners. Je levert input voor verweerschriften in bezwaar, (hoger) beroep en voorlopige voorzieningen. Je woont zittingen bij indien gewenst. 6. Monitoren, analyseren en rapporteren Je monitort de kwaliteit op teamniveau en individueel niveau. Je levert analyses en het verhaal achter de cijfers voor rapportages aan co?rdinator en manager. Je stuurt op continue verbetering van processen en dienstverlening.
