De afgelopen periode is er onderzoek gedaan naar de manier waarop Facility Management & Vastgoed binnen de gemeente Bernheze het meest optimaal kan worden georganiseerd. In het kort komt het erop neer dat er sprake is van een bundeling van alle facilitaire en vastgoed gerelateerde activiteiten binnen een nieuw op te zetten afdeling. Deze veranderopdracht opdracht houdt in dat je de afdeling opbouwt (en na een jaar overdraagt aan een zittende teamcoach) en er tegelijkertijd voor zorgt dat de circa 45 besluiten - die naar aanleiding van het onderzoek zullen worden genomen - worden geimplementeerd. Dit betekent dat je onder andere: de dagelijkse aansturing van zowel het bodeteam, de facilitair medewerker als het team accommodatiebeheer voor je rekening neemt;een PDC en facilitaire servicedesk gaat opzetten;mogelijke openstaande vacatures gaat invullen;een vastgoedadministratie gaat inrichten in ons FMIS;de facilitaire dienstverlening gaat professionaliseren;een belangrijke rol speelt in de RI&E, Arbo en BHV-activiteiten;professioneel wagenparkbeheer implementeert; een bepalende rol speelt in het MJOP en het onderhoudsprogramma van het gemeentelijk vastgoed.
