Kilpailutuksessa on Kyminlinna – Liitulahti 110kV voimansiirtomaakaapelin, pituus noin 4,6 kilometriä, rakentaminen tarvikehankintoineen ja täyteen käyttökuntoon saatettuna. Maakaapelin lähtöpiste on Fingrid Oyj:n Kyminlinnan sähköasemalla ja päätepiste Tilaajan erikseen erillishankkeena toteuttamassa Liitulahden sähköasemalla. Lisäksi urakkaan kuuluu optio Liitulahti – Haukkavuori 110 kV voimansiirtomaakaapelin, pituus noin 0,75 kilometriä, rakentaminen tarvikehankintoineen ja täyteen käyttökuntoon saatettuna. Option maakaapelin lähtöpiste on Tilaajan erillishankkeena toteuttamassa Liitulahden sähköasemalla ja päätepiste Tilaajan erikseen erillishankkeena toteuttamassa Haukkavuoren sähköasemalla. Urakka- ja optio-osuuden maakaapelit toteutetaan 2500 Al-kaapelilla. Urakkaosuudella kuormitusvaatimus on vähintään 195MVA ja optio-osuudella vähintään 160MVA. Urakkaosuudelle on myönnetty lunastuslupa 1.7.2026 ja optio-osuudelle haetaan lunastuslupaa syksyllä 2026. Hankinta kilpailutetaan ehdollisena siten, että hankintaan varatuille maa-alueille saadaan lainvoimainen lunastuslupa ennen urakkasopimuksen tai option käyttöönottosopimuksen allekirjoitusta.
