1. General Description: ENEE requires contracting a company, hereinafter referred to as The Contractor in this document, to provide the works of “MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR WORKS OF LABORATORY FACILITIES” with the objective of developing the project; with a company that meets the technical conditions to provide the requested works.

2. Contracting Modality: The acquisition modality promoted through this invitation is Minor Works Contracting and will be governed by the State Contracting Law and its Regulations.

3. Eligible Offerors: 3.1. Offerors pre-qualified in process LPN-SP-100-088-2024, PREQUALIFICATION NO. 100-088/2024, Category “H, J” CONTRACTORS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF MULTIPLE PUBLIC WORKS FOR THE NATIONAL ELECTRIC ENERGY COMPANY ENEE.
3.2.- Natural or legal persons who are not included in any of the circumstances established in the State Contracting Law in Article 15 (Capacity to contract and disqualifications).
