This consultation concerns the needs of the Department of Var for the transport of works of art and art objects

The services include, in particular, the packaging of works with labeling, the organization and implementation of transport by any means from the designated collection point(s) to the designated delivery point(s) (in France or abroad); the completion of necessary administrative procedures; the organization of transport for the lenders' personnel; the hanging/unhanging of works for temporary exhibitions; the monitoring and coordination of these various operations. No breakdown into lots is planned, as this contract concerns homogeneous and global services, with distinct services being unidentifiable. Single-supplier framework agreement comprising a unit part with call-off orders and a part on estimate. The unit price services are likely to vary within the following limits: Firm period of 2 years or, if applicable, as soon as the maximum amount of the first period is reached: Minimum amount excluding VAT for the first period: 50,000 eurosMaximum amount excluding VAT for the first period: 2,000,000 eurosRenewable period of 2 years or, if applicable, as soon as the maximum amount of the second period is reached: Minimum amount excluding VAT for the first period: 50,000 eurosMaximum amount excluding VAT for the first period: 2,000,000 euros. For the part on estimate: Without minimum amount and within the limit of the maximum amount of 1,000,000.00 euros excluding VAT for each 2-year period of the contract, i.e., a total maximum amount of 2,000,000.00 euros excluding VAT. The framework agreement is concluded from March 9, 2026, or from its notification date if later, for a firm period of 2 years or, if applicable, as soon as the maximum amount set for the unit part with call-off orders for the first period is reached. It is renewable once for a period of 2 years by express renewal. The financing of the service is provided by the departmental budget.
