Objeto del contrato: La proposta resol dos dels conflictes actuals que hi ha en l'edifici. D'una banda, hi ha un problema de recorreguts. En tot espai amb una piscina, per motius d'higiene, s'han de poder garantir dos recorreguts independents sense interseccions, un pels "peus secs" (quan la gent va amb sabates de carrer) i un altre amb els "peus molls" (quan la gent s'ha canviat i va descalça o amb xancletes per poder accedir a la zona de piscina), i el punt d'intercanvi ha de ser el vestidor. Actualment, aquesta independència no es compleix, i en el passadís paral·lel a la façana posterior, per anar als banys generals, hi poden accedir tant gent que està a la piscina com gent del carrer que ha entrat al bar. També en la zona de control i del bar es barregen aquests recorreguts, especialment en la barra orientada cap a la piscina. De l'altra, hi ha un desaprofitament dels espais, alhora que falta lloc en d'altres.
