Este contrato comprende la totalidad de las necesidades de limpieza que se han venido realizando en los distintos edificios públicos, instalaciones deportivas y centros educativos de infantil y primaria y las nuevas necesidades de limpieza que las distintas áreas municipales han trasladado a la unidad tramitadora del contrato, bien sean estas necesidades por insuficiencia de horas o por incorporación de nuevos espacios o aumento de tiempo de uso público en alguno de ellos. Estas nuevas necesidades, han aumentado las horas y frecuencias de limpieza en algunos lugares, al igual que se han incluido nuevas horas y frecuencias de limpieza en espacios hasta ahora inexistentes. De la misma forma, se han reducido o eliminado horas de limpieza en centros y limpiezas en edificios que han dejado de ser competencia del Ayuntamiento de Antequera. El servicio de limpieza se prestará en todos los espacios exteriores e interiores existentes dentro de la envolvente de los edificios, instalaciones y centros educativos municipales.
