Description

University College Dublin request the supply and delivery of Anaerobic Digestion System this will be an element of a pilot plant facility which will be used by industry, entrepreneurs and researchers to validate and scale new technologies/processes to convert Ireland’s natural land and sea resources (including agri-food processing by-products) to products of high value for use in a wide variety of sectors. The Anaerobic Digestion Systems will be used to create databases to demonstrate feasibility, capacity, efficiency and economic viability of process and produce samples for technical use. The winning tenderer MUST conduct an inspection test of the equipment and necessary components after installation at the site. Validation requirements: ● Pressure and leak test verification ● Electrical installation and loop test verification ● Pump and agitator performance test verification ● Pressure equipment technical documentation and product contact materials ● Control loop test and PLC ● Alarm/interlock verification Date and time to be confirmed with UCD and the winning tenderer.
