- The Airports Fiji Pte Limited trading as Fiji Airports has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Fiji Tourism Development Program in Vanua Levu (FTDPV) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Labasa Carpark and related works.
- The Airports Fiji Pte Limited trading as Fiji Airports (FA) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Labasa Carpark and Related works. The Works consist of construction of a new carpark at Labasa Airport to replace the existing carpark, including drainage, fencing, lighting and related works. Estimated construction period: six (6) weeks.
- Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers Seventh Edition, September 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
- Bids will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation process set out in the bidding documents. The following weightings shall apply for Rated Criteria (including technical and non-price factors): 80% and for Bid cost: 20%.

- The bidding document in English may be obtained free of charge by logging in https://portal.tenderlink.com/afl
- Bids must be submitted through https://portal.tenderlink.com/afl on or before September 04, 2026 at 10:00am Fiji local time. Electronic bidding will be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. The file named “TECHNICAL PART” will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend immediately after the bid closing date and time. All “FINANCIAL PART” shall remain unopened and will be held in safe custody of the Purchaser until the second public opening.
- All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid-Securing Declaration.
- Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
