The Government of the Republic of Madagascar has received financing from the World Bank to finance the "Digital and Energy Connectivity for Inclusion in Madagascar" (DECIM) Project, and intends to apply part of this financing to make payments under the Contract " Radioelectric Equipment and Telecommunications Operator Terminal Test and Control Laboratory in a single lot:

2. The DECIM Project Coordination Unit (PCU) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders who meet the required qualifications to supply the following services: Radioelectric Equipment and Telecommunications Operator Terminal Test and Control Laboratory in a single lot:
